For Australian commercial construction

Every subcontract departure centralised — not buried in email threads.

Aussca turns your contract documents into a clause-by-clause negotiation. Subcontractors raise departures on the original documents through a share link — no account needed — and agreed terms are kept in your Contract Departure Register, ready for execution.

In development — pilot places open for a small number of Australian builders.

The problem

Departures don't live in one place.

Every subcontractor sends them differently.

A marked-up Word file, their own schedule, a lawyer's letter, a line in an email. Your team re-keys it all into a spreadsheet.

Lack of visibility.

You can't see where a negotiation is up to without asking — digging through inboxes or a tap on the shoulder.

What was agreed gets lost.

A departure settled by email can miss the executed subcontract — and you find out in a dispute.

How it works

From upload to execution in three steps.

  1. Upload and share.

Upload your Special Conditions and Scope of Works, then send each subcontractor their own link.

  2. Negotiate clause by clause.

Subcontractors mark the clauses they want changed. Every round is kept in your Contract Departure Register.

  3. Close out and execute.

Each agreed departure is closed with its final text, ready for the annexure to the executed subcontract.

Who it's for

One workflow for your commercial team and your subcontractors.

Commercial Managers

Visibility of contract negotiation status across every project, without chasing updates.

Contract Administrators

Respond against the clause and work each departure through to an agreed position.

Project Managers

See which packages still have open clauses and who they're waiting on, so they can be let on time.

Subcontractors

Open a link, mark the clauses you need changed, and see the builder's reply. No account to set up.

Why Aussca

A record you can rely on when it matters.

The original PDF stays the record.

Each departure is pinned to the exact spot on the document you issued, not to retyped text.

Nothing is overwritten.

Every response stays on the record and is tied to the person who made it. A closed clause stays closed.

Built for how Australian builders work.

Projects by state, roles for Commercial Managers, Project Managers and Contract Administrators, and a built-in Australian trade list.

All contract data is stored in Australia.

Documents, clauses and every round of negotiation are kept in Australian data centres.

Pilot program

Join the pilot waitlist

We're looking for a small group of Australian builders to help shape Aussca before launch. Pilot customers get early access and a direct line to the team. Places are limited and offered at our discretion. Pilot terms are agreed with each team before it starts.

We use these details to contact you about the Aussca pilot and to understand demand for it. See our privacy notice.

FAQ

Common questions

Does my subcontractor need an account?

No. Each contact gets their own secure link, so every action is tied to a person.

Do we need to change our subcontract template?

No. Upload your existing contract documents as PDFs.

What happens to the original contract?

Nothing. It's never edited. Every departure is pinned to the original, and you can export the register.

Where is our data stored?

In Australia. Documents, clauses and the full negotiation history are stored in Australian data centres, and each builder's data is kept separate from every other builder's.

Does Aussca give legal advice?

No. Aussca records your negotiation. It doesn't review clauses or replace your legal team.

How much will it cost?

We'll set pricing with our first pilot customers. If you're interested, join the waitlist.
