This notice covers the aussca.com website and its pilot waitlist. It does not cover the Aussca platform itself, which will have its own terms.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist we collect your name, work email, company, role, how many subcontracts your team issues each year, how you track departures today and whether you would join a paid pilot.
We count visits with analytics that doesn't build profiles of visitors.
Why we collect it
To contact you about the Aussca pilot, and to understand demand for it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
We use a few service providers to host this site, store waitlist answers and handle email. Like most websites, our hosting provider also processes technical details such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for the pilot and our follow-up with you, or until you ask us to delete it.
How we protect it
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access limited to the two founders.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing hello@aussca.com. We will respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handled your information, please tell us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
